Refund policy

We offer a 30-day return policy. Items must be unused, in original packaging, and include proof of purchase. To request a return, contact emiratesgallery4@gmail.com. Once approved, we’ll provide a return label and instructions.

Damaged, defective, or incorrect items should be reported immediately upon delivery. Some products, such as custom items, personal care goods, perishables, and sale items, are non-returnable.
